有網友在PTT版以「我在台積電的三年心得」為題,抱怨台積電打考績與KPI
、加班及補休等制度不合理,對此台積電發言人孫又文表示,台積電有嚴謹
的打考績制度,對員工而言是種保障,該發言網友如果真的是台積員工,是
身在福中不知福。
網友在PTT版指出,雖然自己的年薪有200~300萬,但有很多地方是需要忍耐
的,包括連休不容易、太重視KPI,做得好沒有獎勵,做不好被罵翻,甚至輪
班輪到精神分裂等缺點,由於台積電是很多理工科學生的求職首選,他寫出
來,是為了提供給想進台積電的人參考。
對於該網友提到台積電什麼都要講KPI,孫又文表示,KPI對員工來說是一種
保障,透過KPI,才能打考績,也才能給予員工應得的分紅及獎金。她強調,
台積電有一套嚴謹的打考績系統,叫做PMD(Performance Management and
Development ),員工努力不會白做。
孫又文表示,台積電對於在網路上或媒體報導各種員工及職場的議題都會關
切,也會反省公司在員工關懷這塊有沒有做好,但對於該網友的發文內容,
她覺得是幼稚的發言,人在福中不知福。
孫又文表示,進入職場幾年後較成熟的人來說,都一定能明白,工作不可能
永遠都滿足你的需求,尤其台積電長期的穩定成長,是員工一起努力的成果
,個人多少都需要有些配合、或會付出代價,但同時在有成果之後,會給予
合理的獎勵,員工不會白白付出。
此外,孫又文表示,台積電員工共有4萬多人,無法精確掌握到每個員工的想
法,台積電為此設有各種申訴管道,除了本身單位的人事主管,還特別有一
個副總級主管擔任「公道伯」,委以處理各種投訴,被賦予「員工申訴直通
車」的任務。
孫又文表示,每年台積電的留職率都高達95%,如果不是因為公司穩定成長和
好的制度,是不可能有這樣的數字。
